State police at Schuylkill Haven said a one vehicle crash occurred about 11:39 a. . on Sunday, Oct. 17, along Rock Road (SR895), Pine Grove Township. Troopers said Jason P. Martin, 19, of Pine Grove, was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier eastbound when he told officers he took his eyes off the road.
